How to start the return process?
Not satisfied with your purchase? At any time within 30 days after accepting the package, you can initiate a return process. As a first step, contact atencion@carmenmodas.com and provide your order number and what you intend to return.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and also for the package until it arrives at our warehouse (we will provide you with a return address by email, as well as the return form). For this reason, we suggest you use a delivery service with tracking code.
Not all items are eligible for return; they must meet these basic conditions: be unwashed, unused, and with original tags. When we receive your return, we will evaluate it and notify you by email if we accept it.
Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees.
Returns
After accepting your return, we will process it and refund your money within 10 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the order. If the funds have not returned after 15 days from our confirmation email, please contact us at atencion@carmenmodas.com.
Non-refundable items:
The following categories are considered final sales and cannot be returned: beauty, bodysuits, masks, underwear/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear.
Damaged product
Has your package arrived damaged? That is unfortunate and we will take care of it immediately. Please take photos and contact us at atencion@carmenmodas.com with a brief explanation of what is wrong.
Did you get the wrong size, color, or anything else?
The same as in the previous case: take photos of the incorrect items and contact our customer service, preferably within 24 hours of receiving the package. We understand that it is frustrating and we will do everything possible to resolve it.
