Frequently Asked Questions
People contact our customer service and often ask the same questions over and over. Here is a summary of the most common questions (and answers):
1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our order processing time is 1-3 days and the shipping time is 7-10 days.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes, once the order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking code. You can then use it on our tracking page.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes.
4. My order is delayed, what should I do?
Please allow up to 3 extra days beyond the delivery time. If your package still has not arrived, get your order number and contact us at atencion@carmenmodas.com.
5. Did you receive the wrong size or color?
As with the previous case: take photos of the incorrect items and contact our customer service, preferably within 24 hours of receiving the package. We understand it is frustrating and will do everything possible to resolve it.
