Our ordering process is very simple. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. This means the order has been registered in our system.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within the first 8 hours after placing it. To do so, contact our customer service team at atencion@carmenmodas.com. After this period, we will begin processing your order for shipment.
Processing and delivery
It takes 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order and hand it over to the shipping service. The package will arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or transportation delays.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package by entering the code on our tracking page:

Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged package or incorrect item, please take photos of the issue and contact us within 14 days of receipt at atencion@carmenmodas.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International shipping
Currently, we only ship within Spain. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
