4. My order is delayed, what should I do?
Please allow up to 3 additional days for delivery. If your package still hasn't arrived, please get your order number and contact us at atencion@carmenmodas.com.
5. Have you got the wrong size or color?
Same as above: please take photos of the incorrect items and contact our customer service, preferably within 24 hours after receiving the package. We understand that it is annoying and we will do our best to solve it.
