Damaged product
Did your package arrive damaged? That is unfortunate and we will take care of it immediately. Please take photos and contact us at atencion@carmenmodas.com with a brief explanation of what is wrong.
Did you get the wrong size, color or anything else?
Same as above: take photos of the incorrect items and contact our customer service, ideally within 24 hours of receiving the package. We understand that it is annoying and we will do our best to solve it.
