How to initiate the return process
Not satisfied with your purchase? At any time during the 30 days following the acceptance of the package, you can initiate a return process. As a first step, please contact atencion@carmenmodas.com and let us know your order number and what you intend to return.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and also for the package until it arrives at our warehouse (we will provide you with a return address via email, as well as the return form). For that reason, we suggest you use a delivery service with tracking code.
Not all items are eligible for return, they must meet these basic conditions: be unwashed, unworn and with the original tags. When we receive your return, we will evaluate it and let you know via email if we accept it.
Please note that we charge a 30% restocking fee.
Returns
After accepting your return, we will process it and refund you within 10 days. The refund will be made in the same payment method you used when placing the order. If funds are still not back after 15 days of our confirmation email, please contact us at atencion@carmenmodas.com.
Damaged product
Did your package arrive damaged? That is unfortunate and we will take care of it immediately. Please take photos and contact us at atencion@carmenmodas.com with a brief explanation of what is wrong.
Did you get the wrong size, color or anything else?
Same as above: take photos of the incorrect items and contact our customer service, ideally within 24 hours of receiving the package. We understand that it is annoying and we will do our best to solve it.
